OVERVIEW
At Allan Rose Jewelers, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to submit a return request. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, with tags still attached
- Accompanied by your invoice or other proof of purchase
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at contact@allanrosejewelers.com. Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request — items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We will cover the return shipping costs at no charge to you.
- Change of mind, wrong size, or no longer wanted: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return label must be downloaded and printed by the customer.
There are no restocking fees.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@allanrosejewelers.com so we can investigate and arrange a free replacement.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
